The Roses

Last weekend, I was at the cinema to watch this new film. Initially I thought that will be great. With actors like Olivia Colman and Benedict Cumberbatch, my expectations were high.

Yes, the actors are playing realy well, but the subliminal messages that are sent to the public make it more like a tool for manipulation than a nice relaxing movie. A few of these messages are related with : food - to eat more sugary foods, not to do physical activity - if you do it you don’t look like a normal one, sex - do sex everywhere, the language used is loud, full of cursing and violent and many more.

I think the old movie with Michael Douglas and Kathleen Turner - “The war of the roses” is far better one.

This is my personal opinion and don’t be offended if you don’t agree.

Hi, I’m Bogdan, and most people don’t know me. I’m a Romanian, born and raised in the city of Iași.

I completed university studies in law but never practiced. However, I have always been really interested in technology.
